Our fraternity upholds these four principles in order to create significant production and a dynamic environment.
Brotherhood
Brotherhood describes the treasured connections between our brothers. Our fraternity provides you with a support system and a home away from home. These fraternal connections create endless opportunities for you to make new friends and expand your network during your time as an undergraduate student. After graduation, these connections provide you with a community in Tampa and friends to spend the rest of your life with.
We aspire to push our brothers to become the best versions of themselves, hold our brothers accountable, and be a light for our brothers in times of darkness.
Scholarship
We hold high academic standards to ensure success in college and in our professional careers. Some of these standards include:
- Requiring a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Tracking our grades throughout the semester
- Completing mandatory study hours
- Creating academic plans
- Enforcing attendance at class office hours
- Enforcing professor-signed report forms
- Ensuring constant use of campus resources
Holding ourselves accountable for our grades and understanding all of our available resources helps us maximize our time as undergraduate students.
Community Service
We believe in bettering our community, our country, and the world through community service. Each member must complete a minimum of ten service hours per semester.
Our national philanthropy is CPR Awareness.
We also serve our Tampa Bay community through:
- Volunteering at Feeding Tampa Bay, a nonprofit organization that provides food assistance and resources to people in need
- Volunteering at Metropolitan Ministries, an organization that provides services for local families and individuals who are struggling
- Donating to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, a nonprofit organization that works to prevent suicide and support those affected by it
- Cleaning our adopted road, Ashley Drive, on at least three occasions per semester
- Greek Week Fundraising towards the Ronald McDonald House of Tampa Bay, a temporary home for pediatric families of hospitalized children from all over the world
